Mother Sauce Zine

This zine is a chance to document what it has been like for us to run our wood-fired restaurant Annette and our oyster and cocktail bar Traveling Mercies in Aurora, Colorado over the last decade; to put down on paper some of the highs, lows and gory details of this wild ride; and to look under the hood at the million moving parts that make a restaurant—and the restaurant industry—what it is.
